IMPORTANT
This license applies only to the original QRGen code created by GDR Design.
Third-party libraries and other components included with QRGen remain subject
to their respective licenses, identified in THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt.

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

Subject to the terms of this License, GDR Design grants you a worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt,
redistribute and make available the original QRGen code, including for
commercial purposes.

2. REQUIRED ATTRIBUTION

If you redistribute, publish, deploy, host, integrate, modify, or make
available QRGen or a work substantially based on the original QRGen code,
you must provide clear attribution to the original author.

The attribution must contain, at minimum:

    QRGen by GDR Design
    https://www.gdrdesign.it/qr/

The attribution must be reasonably visible and accessible to users of the
software. For a web application, a footer, About, Credits, Legal or similar
page is an acceptable location, provided that the attribution is not hidden
or deliberately made inaccessible.

3. MODIFICATIONS

If you modify QRGen, you must not represent your modified version as the
original QRGen release or imply that GDR Design endorses your modifications.

You may add your own copyright notice and attribution for your modifications.

4. COPYRIGHT

The original QRGen code remains protected by applicable copyright law.
Nothing in this License transfers ownership of the original code to you.

You must retain the copyright and licensing notices included with the
original QRGen code when redistributing it.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

This License does not replace, supersede, or modify the licenses of
third-party components distributed with QRGen.

In particular, qrcode.min.js and jszip.min.js are third-party components and
must remain subject to their respective licenses and notices.

6. NO TRADEMARK OR ENDORSEMENT

This License does not grant permission to use the name, logo, trademarks,
trade names, or other branding of GDR Design for endorsement or promotion,
except for the attribution expressly required by Section 2.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

QRGen is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GDR Design shall not be
liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the use,
modification, distribution or inability to use QRGen.

9. TERMINATION

If you materially violate this License, the rights granted by this License
terminate automatically.

Rights may be reinstated if the violation is cured promptly and permanently,
to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. ACCEPTANCE

By exercising any rights granted by this License, you accept and agree to be
bound by these terms.

This license is intended specifically for QRGen and is not an OSI-approved
standard open-source license.
